1. Scope of Service

SalesXAi Conversion Labs provides premium storefront design, native mobile app generation, custom cloud VPS hosting setups, SSL maintenance, and integrations with outbound voice automation calling engines.

All delivery parameters (e.g. page counts, integrations, CRM handshakes) are explicitly itemized inside custom client statement of works which determine final development fee tiers.

2. Trial and Demonstrations

Our outbound calling agent "Alice" offers live demonstrative trials and a 1-day free trial on your active storefront after verification. This trial is intended strictly for testing speed-to-lead compatibility and lead volume benchmarks under non-commercial or approved commercial use.

3. Client VPS and Deployment Responsibilities

Under **Option 1 (Self-Hosted)**, the client is solely responsible for maintaining the VPS infrastructure, credential cycles, system updates, and third-party API service fees after handoff.

Under **Option 2 (Fully Managed)**, SalesXAi handles server configurations, domain DNS, and uptime tracking. Client must ensure compliance with regional calling protocols and communication regulations for AI outbounds.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of the final base development fees, SalesXAi transfers ownership rights of client-specific custom frontend codebase and assets. We retain structural templates, core call automation designs, and modular calling engine components.

5. Disclaimers

While we optimize storefronts to maximize conversion speed, SalesXAi does not guarantee absolute lead quantities or revenue increases. We are not responsible for database outages, server provider service drops, or API changes from third-party networks.
